1. Bangladesh Police is an organization providing services to the people.
2. Every citizen of the country has equal legal rights, irrespective of caste, creed and political / social / economic class.
3. The first person to come to the police station will be given the service.
4. Police personnel will show respect and address honorarium to all persons assisting the police station.
5. The Duty Officer shall provide all assistance to the person applying for the GD to the police station and the 2nd copy of the application shall be provided to the applicant along with the GD number, date and signature and seal of the concerned officer. Applicants will be taken as soon as possible with regard to the stated GD and the applicant will be notified again.
6. The Officer / Oral will provide oral / written statement of the person arriving at the police station and will inform the incoming person about the number, date and section of the case and the name and the designation of the officer who executed it. The Admitting Officer shall maintain regular contact with the Exhibitor, informing him of the progress made thereon, and shall, in writing, inform him of the result upon completion.
7. If a person coming to the police station has filed a case, then the duty officer / police officer of the police station refuses to make the entry, then he should apply according to the following rules:
(A) Apply to the Additional Superintendent of Police or Additional / Assistant Police Super (Circle) at the District Headquarters.
(B) If he does not take action on the matter, the person shall appeal to the District Superintendent of Police.
(C) Then, if he does not take any action on that person, then that person will appeal to the relevant DIG.
(D) If they do not take any action on the matter, then the Inspector General of Police will apply for the remedy.
8. The injured victim will be provided with full support from the police station and the police will collect all medical certificates in this regard.
9. The provisions of Children's Act 3 will be followed in relation to child / juvenile delinquency and will ensure that they do not come into contact with the older offender in any way. For this, juvenile detention facility will be arranged in all the police stations in the country.
10. Ensure the overall security of the female victim / victim through the Police Police as possible.
11. Onestop delivery service has been started in some police stations in the country. The one-stop delivery service center will be launched in all the police stations in the country.
12. In order to provide full support to the injured / mentally retarded Victim, Victim Support Unit will be launched in all the police stations in the country.
13. All inquiries regarding passport / verification / firearms license etc. will be completed within 3 (three) days of receipt of the inquiry and report will be sent from the police station to the relevant unit.
14. If no legal assistance is given from the police station or if there is any complaint against a policeman, the complaint can be filed with the senior authority.
In that case, the superior authority shall, within 5 (fifteen) days of receiving the written complaint, take effective legal action and inform the complainant.
B) Listen carefully to the person present, take necessary action and inform the complainant.
C) take necessary action on the basis of news received over the telephone.
15. Telephone numbers of the police superintendent, additional police superintendent, superintendent of police (headquarters), affiliate circle ASP and police officer in all the police stations will be displayed in the public place.
16. Officers of all levels of duty in the district will provide assistance to all the help candidates at the scheduled time of each working day.
17. Police officers of the police station will maintain continuous contact with the community Orientand and launch the Police Oriented Police Service.
18. Senior police officers will regularly hold crime repressive / public relations meetings with the community and try to solve the social problems.
19. Candidates wishing to go abroad for employment / higher education will issue a police clearance certificate.
20. If an organization withdraws more money from the bank, a police skirt will be arranged as per the demand to secure that money.
21. The traffic department, traffic concierge, which controls the traffic in the district city, will be displayed in public.
